Sunday we woke up early, but still had to scramble to make it to a later mass. After mass, the P's mom was craving a mayonaisse-ey, vinegary sub...so we stopped at a local sub shop and had subs for lunch (I actually had a grinder). We then went home and started decorating our tree:Hope Mom does a good job decorating the tree....because someone is copying her every move:

Random Pics-Max, the snow puppy:
The last time anyone can see this ornament in one piece. (This was the second casualty of the day....)

Dad, helping make sure the camera was set up properly for the xmas card shoot:

After our tree was up and complete, and after the P didn't really nap that well, we went down the street to a neighbor's Christmas party, and then onto the big street lighting ceremony a few blocks away. We figured the street went all out after our Halloween experience there, and when we saw one of the houses using a hydraulic JLG bucket lifter thing to decorate their house. The street lighting was fun:
There was a house with "The Leg Lamp" (apologies, it's a little dark, you may have to adjust your screen to get the best angle):

A house with caroler's singing:
And a tunnel of lights:
And then, home for soup and then bed.

I love the tree-decorating shots. So cute! We decorated and redecorated several times this weekend, as our littlest doesn't think decorations belong on trees.
